How much do your programs cost?
Every package is built around you — your goals, your schedule, your starting point — so the investment reflects that. Rather than a one-size-fits-all price, I take the time to understand exactly what you need before recommending the right program. What I can tell you is that the return on this investment goes far beyond the gym: better energy, better performance, and results that actually stick. Do I need to be in Toronto to work with you?
No. The majority of my clients are fully remote. 1:1 coaching is available anywhere via video call. Group programs and online plans are 100% online by design.
How much time do I need to commit per week?
For 1:1 coaching, we design around your actual availability — typically 3-5 sessions of 45-60 minutes. For group programs, expect 3-4 training sessions plus one group call. Online plans can be adapted to 3 days/week minimum.
What if I'm a complete beginner?
You're exactly who I built this for. Beginners have the most to gain from personalized coaching. We start where you are and build from there — no comparison to anyone else, no judgment, just progress.
What results can I realistically expect?
That depends entirely on you — your starting point, your consistency, and the time we have together. What I can promise is that if you show up and do the work, you will see meaningful change. Many clients see significant results within 8-12 weeks. Lasting transformation takes longer, and that's a good thing.
What's the difference between 1:1 coaching and the group program?
1:1 coaching is fully individualized — your program is built specifically for you from day one and adjusted based on your response. Group coaching uses a shared framework with individual modifications. Both include strong support, but 1:1 is the deepest level of personalization I offer.
